Cameron agrees to cross-party talks on constitutional reform


David Cameron it seems is to follow up an invitation by Jack Straw (more conservative than Cameron) to a cross party conference reported in The Guardian on constitutional reform. I suppose in the end all hopes for meaningful electoral and parliamentary reform will be killed off or truncated into some minor changes.
