England Regain The Ashes!!!
Andrew Strauss and his team played well despite anxious moments. Ricky Ponting’s team seemed to be in a hopeless position but made significant runs. A good day’s cricket.

Good start as Broad & Swann down Katich & Watson.
For goodness sake why didn’t Strauss put in his best bowlers to attack – Flintoff has become a waste of space and Harmison has lost it! At this rate the Aussies will retain the Ashes!
England have now declared 373 for 9. Australia needs to gain 546 runs to win and given the quality of some of their batsmen quite possible. So England’s bowling needs to really hammer home and go for quick wickets!
Australia now begins its crucial 2nd innings.
It’s day three and we may well see an exciting day’s cricket. Hopefully, England can try to move ahead with runs and build a good score!
