Channel 4 = Iranian Propaganda Channel.

Sometimes you may wonder what makes some of the producers tick at Channel 4. Channel 4 receives public funding and I am disgusted and astonished that misguided individuals at Channel 4 have given air time to a so called alternative Christmas message from the Iranian nutter, president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, he who persecutes Christians in Iran and has vowed to destroy Israel. If the people at Channel 4 were in charge in 1940 no doubt they would have invited messers Hitler or Goebbels airtime.

I find this act by Channel 4 disgraceful and someone should be dismissed for taking such a decision.

It would have been far better and sensible if they had broadcast US President-elect Obama’s Christmas message.

Independent Verification

Sometimes news presenters for example;  Alex Thomson of Channel 4 News, will accompany remarks to  a report of US or British forces killing Taliban terrrorists  with a throwaway remark that the event was not  ”independently verified”.   

Now if we think about this  can we imagine a “neutral” person going on to any battlefield to check the body count, it’s more likely the Taliban will cut their throats.  In fact, when you think about it, in no war have we had deaths “independently verified”.  If anything, this line of thinking exposes a naivity that Alex Thomson has. On any battleground in any war you will never have killings “independently verified”.

JOHN ADAMS (1735 – 1826)

We have been impressed by the recent TV series, shown on the More 4 TV channel, based on the life of John Adams, American revolutionary and the USA’s second president (1797 – 1801) having served as vice-president to George Washington (1789 – 1797). The lead character played by Paul Giameti. The series has been very nicely crafted and produced.  The TV series included  the difficulties, complexities and differences faced by the revolutionaries including: Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin.  We hope it stirs some interest in the history of the American revolution in this country and people will be generate an interest to read about those events.
